My philosophy is to provide the best possible massage experience.  So your time on the table is both relaxing and therapeutic.  I am committed to providing a tranquil and healing space that will facilitate healing.  I specialize in Swedish, Deep tissue, pre and postnatal massage, Reiki/energy work, sports massage, hot stone, medical massage, relaxation and wellness massage. I listen to what you need and customize each treatment with those goals in mind.  

I have been practicing massage/energy work in the Lakes Region for 17 yrs.  I feel I have been truly blessed to do this work.  I see people at their best, that post massage bliss or the gratitude expressed when you relieve their pain.   I would like to share that with you.
